Update: The new version of Cram Fighter that fixes this bug (version 1.2.1) is now available. Existing customers can download it from iTunes for free!
As some of you have noticed, a serious bug was introduced in the latest version of Cram Fighter. This bug appears after adding certain combinations of books to your schedule and then restarting the app, whereupon some books might disappear from your schedule. If you are experiencing this behavior, we recommend just adding one or two books to your schedule and using those until the next update is released in the next few days. Then you can add your other books to your schedule and Cram Fighter will automatically balance everything out for you.
First of all, we apologize for any headaches we caused. We know dealing with with bugs like these can be frustrating. The good news is that we already submitted a fix to Apple and once the update goes through Apple’s approval process, it will be available to all existing customers for free. Based on previous updates, this will take around 7-10 days. We’ll post on the blog as soon as the update is available and you will be able to download the update through iTunes or your device directly if an Internet connection is available. If you want to be notified by email, just send us an email at contact@cramfighter.com and we’ll ping you as soon as the update is released.
The good part about making mistakes is learning from them. So going forward, we will be improving our testing process so that we don’t let bugs like this slip by. We’ll be increasing our testing time for each release and adding to the number of automated tests that we have in place. So just bear with us for a few days until the next update and if you have any questions, let us know!

First of all, thank you for a great product.
after updating to the newest version, i noticed a bug wherein the app reverts back to the default schedule after quitting the program. This I think is different from the missing books problem that you mentioned. I was wondering if anyone else noticed this.
Is there a way to re-install the last previous version? I cannot keep on rebalancing the schedule every time I start the app.
Thanks
Thanks for using Cram Fighter! When you say the app reverts back to the default schedule, do you mean the chapters all get unchecked? This can happen with the bug described above or it could be a separate problem.
We just got word from Apple that the new update should be released by tomorrow. Do you mind trying the new version out and see if that fixes your problem? If not, feel free to post here or send an email to contact@cramfighter.com.
